I’m Jordan, the owner of The Wholesome Doula LLC, and I’ve made it my professional mission to assist families during what I like to refer to as “the 4th trimester.”

The 4th trimester describes the first three months a baby spends on the outside of its parent’s body… Birth through the first 3 months.

While this is an incredibly exciting time, it certainly doesn’t come without its challenges. As we all know… new babies can be very demanding.

The 4th trimester involves adapting to the ever-changing needs of your newborn while dealing with sleep deprivation, and the emotional and physical recovery from birth. It requires you to give all of yourself day and night while you are in the midst of exploring and learning everything you can to get it right for your baby.

As a parent, I know you have goals. As a doula, I have the techniques that can enable you to meet and surpass those goals!

I come to you with a comprehensive approach to help you navigate your newborn’s needs, and simultaneously, your postpartum recovery period. I help you do it with confidence and resilience. I pride myself on having the innate ability to listen and observe while paying special attention to the nuances that matter most; your unspoken messages… I know when to lean in, and when to take a slight step back, I know when you need a break, and when you just need a moment to figure it all out.

As a Postpartum & Infant Care Doula I am expertly trained, and hold a current certification. The support I provide includes but is not limited to:

Postpartum parent recovery:
